We provide free overnight shipping on all orders over $450 within the USA, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. For orders under $450, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your state, zip code, and selected delivery method.

Upon arrival, check the indicator:

• Green/Yellow= Fresh and ready to enjoy
• Red= Photograph the indicator and contact us within 24 hours

For FedEx/UPS Next Day Air services:

Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday, are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, Monday through Wednesday, will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on Thursday, and all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, will be processed and shipped on Monday.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our items.
